Shipping Details

We currently ship within the United States only (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
All orders are shipped via USPS.

Processing + Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the time your order is placed.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
During sales or high-volume times, processing and shipping may take a bit longer—we appreciate your patience!

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, The Feathered Edit Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact USPS directly for assistance.

Local Pickup 🛍️

We offer local pickup for our customers!
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know it’s ready for pickup.
We have a convenient pickup bin for orders and a return bin if you need to bring something back.
If you plan to make a return, please email or Facebook message us first.

Return Policy 💕

We want you to feel amazing in every piece you get from The Feathered Edit ✨ If something isn’t quite the vibe, we’ve got you!

You have 7 days from delivery to start your return + get it shipped back to us.
We don’t offer refunds to your original payment method—store credit or exchanges only 💕
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, including shipping costs for sending out your new item if you choose an exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
All sale items are FINAL SALE—no returns or exchanges.

Once your return arrives and is approved, we’ll send over your store credit or get your exchange on its way!
